The Ohio 811 rental assistance program is a housing option for people with developmental disabilities to live independently and affordably while still receiving the supports that they need. Affordable, one-bedroom apartments are available to people with developmental disabilities in 36 Ohio counties, including Fayette County. A limited supply of two-bedroom apartments are available. This is a joint partnership with the Ohio Housing Finance Agency and the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities.
