SERVICE AND SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

HCBDD is now accepting applications/resumes for a full time Service and Support Administrator. Under the general supervision of the Service and Support Administration Director, this position is responsible for the development of a person-centered plan for individuals that promotes self-determination, assist individuals and their families/guardians to explore and obtain services and supports from a variety of sources and assure that services delivered are in compliance with Federal, State, local rules, regulations, statutes, standards, as well as Board policy, regulations and procedures and related Operating Plans. Bachelor’s degree in a related field and (3) years of experience coordinating services in DD or related human services preferred. Individual must possess or be willing to obtain and maintain certification from Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities and First Aid/CPR training. Applicants should have working knowledge of persons with disabilities. A 180-day probation period must be completed. Individual must be able to pass criminal background checks as required by the Ohio Revised Code; have a valid Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record. HCBDD is an EOE employer.

FCBDD is now accepting applications/resumes for a full time Lead Administrative Assistant at the 5 star SUTQ Fayette Progressive Preschool and Early Childhood Center. The Lead Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact for the agency and greets all visitors in person and on the phone in a polite, professional and prompt manner. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and will enjoy working with our families and children. The ability to create a friendly, warm atmosphere on phone and at desk at all times, and able to complete/type assignments as requested.

Receives, processes and sorts mail. Establishes/maintains electronic and paper filing systems for program services and state reviews. Maintains logs for required safety drills for the agency. Prepares documents and enrollment materials for preschool open enrollment. Other duties as assigned.

Associate degree in a related field is preferred. A high proficiency with MS Office Products and email applications are required. You must possess or be willing to obtain and maintain certification from CPR and First Aid certification. Individual must be able to pass criminal background checks as required by the Ohio Revise Code; have a valid Ohio drivers license with a clean driving record and lift up to 40 pounds. This position has a 180 probationary period following first day full time employment. This position is full-time, 40 hours per week and on a 12 month schedule.
